A$AP Ferg smashes on the gas in Power Pleasant's video for "Pull Up." Powers Pleasant is one half of New York rap crew Pro Era alongside his mate Joey Bada$$ who also features on the record. His contributions to Joey Bada$$ beat selection and his role as Joey's tour DJ have been central to the rapper's success. On "Pull Up" gets his shot to assert himself.
The "Pull Up" video begins as a startup screen for an 8-bit racing game, the player mulling over his three options. The Pro Era crew, including Joey, show up in Shibuya Tokyo, making their exit through the back door of an arcade. We're led to believe the crew is after a bad seed holding a briefcase with unmarked bills. It's up to A$AP Ferg to run him down in his souped up car and recover the goods, which he does rightly so.
