On his own or as a member of Slaughterhouse, Joell Ortiz is one of the most dangerous lyricists in the game. This morning, he brought his bars with him to "Sway In The Morning," where he sat down to freestyle.
Though he reads his lyrics off of his phone (shouts to Young Nigga and Ice JJ Fish for parodying that recently), Ortiz's lyrical game is on-point and ferocious as ever. Ending with the line, "Fuck a pop hit, one of my joints popped shit, another check deposit," Ortiz had Sway and Co. using their machine gun sound effects and extolling his praises.
