When he had a Twitter account, it spawned some of the most memorable Internet moments in recent times including his tweet storm against Wiz Khalifa. However, one of the most hilarious moments that came from his Twitter account was when he went on a Twitter tirade against Jimmy Kimmel. The two have since patched things up but Jimmy Kimmel recently revealed how he felt when that situation happened.
In a recent interview with GQ Magazine, Jimmy Kimmel spoke on how he approaches topics on his show. One thing that he spoke on was his short-lived feud with Kanye West on Twitter. The talk show host admitted that situations like that builds his confidence and makes him happy.
"I live for moments like that," he said. "When I got in a Twitter battle with Kanye, I was so happy. My wife makes fun of me. She's like, ‘You are so happy right now.’ I'm absolutely beaming. I feel very confident in a situation like that."
The beef that happened between the two was a result of one of Jimmy Kimmel's skits where he parodied Kanye's infamous interview with Zane Lowe around the time of Yeezus. The clip featured two children impersonating Kanye and Lowe during the interview while sipping milkshakes.
Yeezy later hit Twitter to respond to the skit after watching it. "JIMMY KIMMEL IS OUT OF LINE TO TRY AND SPOOF IN ANY WAY THE FIRST PIECE OF HONEST MEDIA IN YEARS," he said. However, even at that time Jimmy Kimmel proved to be unfazed by it all.
