Jimmy Johnson nabs production from Eric Dingus on "I Heard."

Thus far, OVO affiliates Jimmy Johnson and producer Eric Dingus have quite a successful track record together, teaming up for a number of highly enjoyable tracks earlier this year. The last one we got was June's "Just Another Day," and now, after five months of hard work, they're back with "I Heard."

Also featuring Jay Whiss and Donnie, the track is a bit more turnt than Johnson and Dingus' previous team-ups, but still gives us that level of cool kid chillness with a dope little flute loop. Johnson's auto-tuned voice rises to almost Young Thug-esque levels of shrillness in the hook, diversifying his delivery throughout the song.

Quotable Lyrics

If it's about that paper, there's no need to get me on it
You'll never get better than me baby, let's just be honest
If I want it, then she got it, we eat at Benihana's
But she can't pronounce my shoes, she call 'em Bah-Lee-En-Cee-Ah-Gahs
