The media mogul was finally tracked down in NYC's Union Square, and will be arraigned later this afternoon.
On the run from police for the past month, Jimmy “Henchman” Rosemond was arrested early today by DEA agents in connection with heading a cocaine trafficking ring that operated bi-coastally.
According to the NY Post, the 46-year-old was found leaving the W Hotel in New York City’s Union Square. He tried to outrun agents before he was finally arrested on 21st Street and Park Ave. South.
The media mogul, who manages Akon and Brandy, will be arraigned later today in Brooklyn Federal Court. Two informants who were “high-ranking members of Rosemond’s organization” aided the probe, which investigated his involvement in shipping hundreds of kilos of cocaine from the West Coast to New York.
