Jim Jones has gifted us more of his time and energy this year. His latest offering is the music video for his track "Epitome." The song is found on his most recent project Wasted Talent, his seventh studio album that dropped in April of this year. This song slaps pretty hard. In contrast, the music video is pretty simple. The production, co-directed by the rapper himself, bears no artifice. This is probably purposeful, exposing gimmicks as only necessary for those who lack the type of clout attributed to Jones. The New York native delivers his bars in a few locations, one being in the midst of a bunch of devotional candles. In this context, he is either taking us to church or casting spells. Either way, we're happy he's back.

Recently, Jones AKA CAPO reunited with his Dipset comrade, Juelz Santana, on "Still Dipset." The track, that also features Avon Carter, is available for streaming here. Learn more about the artist on one of our episodes of How To Roll, which includes him sharing the story of the time he thought he was dying from consuming edibles. In other news, the artist was caught up in what we call an "old-school brawl" last month. He's still got it.
