A whole legion of rappers and singers -- Lupe Fiasco, Wale, Omarion, Silento, etc -- expressed disappointment/saltiness when their names did not appear in the recently released 2016 Grammy nominations. One man who was not so salty was Jidenna, who scored a "Best Rap/Sung Collaboration" nom for his hit "Classic Man."
To celebrate, Jidenna shares a new video for "Long Live the Chief," the first of a few tokens of gratitude Jidenna plans to share in the coming weeks with his fans -- the "Jenerals." The video casts the sartorially-minded Jidennas as the head of a funeral procession, carrying a casket to its grave -- with dance!
Look out for Jidenna's debut album dropping early 2016.
