With exception to his “Lauder (Live)” video & a freestyle on Funk Flex a few months back, recently-signed Dreamville artist J.I.D has been relatively quiet since he dropped off The Never Story album back in March, but thankfully that drought ends here today. After a slight warning on Twitter, the ATL rapper decides to return to the scene today and share a new song called “Hasta Luego,” which is a leftover from that very album.
“A record that was almost on [the album],” J.I.D said on IG. “For all the fans, friends, and family that’s been down or just got down or whatever the f*ck.”
