"LKWD" is the latest offering from Jetpack Jones, produced by in-house Jetpack Movement producer Don Diestro. The cut finds the former putting a different spin on your typical hometown anthem.
From the man himself:
"'LKWD' stands for Lakewood [California], which is where I'm from. Rather than tell you about the city, I decided to convey the feelings that I associate with Lakewood instead. The lyrics paint a picture of starting from scratch in your hometown and working with close friends in order to get out and see the world. This song is meant to motivate and inspire, especially for those who are from places that have not yet been put on the map."
Who can argue with that?
