Sunday evening, Jessie Reyez and Daniel Caesar were big winners at this year’s JUNO Awards—the ceremony awarding the best in Canadian artists as the two singers nabbed trophies for Breakthrough Artist of The Year and R&B/Soul Recording of The Year, respectively. Much to audiences’ pleasures, the two also joined each other onstage to deliver on a new performance of Reyez’s breakout “Figures” single found on her Kiddo album.
The collaboration was previously teased on Jessie’s Instagram, and a short time after the broadcast, she uploaded a full audio version of the track in the form of “Figures, A Reprise” for a proper rework of the cut.
