JAY-Z, fresh off his new album announcement, has been seen out and about for the first time since his wife Beyoncé gave birth to their twins.
According to TMZ, Hov was photographed in L.A., beaming like any proud new father should be. He was spotted in West Hollywood, perhaps letting on that there's good news when it comes to his newborns. Both twins are still in the hospital along with Bey after it was reported that there was a "minor issue" keeping them there.
Needless to say, Mr. Carter has had a very busy last few days, culminating in the announcement that his upcoming album 4:44 will be dropping before long. He has also added the hyphen back into his name.
