Despite their rocky history, Jay-Z and Fat Joe have not only worked together business wise but also, developed a strong friendship. Fat Joe currently runs his "Coca Vision" podcast through Jay-Z's streaming platform and Joe also signed a management deal with Jay-Z's Roc Nation. While Jay-Z's currently on tour with Beyoncé for their "OTR II" tour, he did gift Fat Joe a few things to help him ring in his 48th birthday.

Fat Joe celebrated his birthday at Jay-Z's 40/40 Club recently and had some of his celebrity friends with him to celebrate such as Ja Rule, Joe Budden, Floyd Mayweather, Tiffany Haddish, Mary J. Blige and more. While Jay-Z couldn't attend personally, Page Six reports that he gifted Joey Crack $60K worth of champagne as a birthday gift. HOV sent Joe six party sized bottles of Ace Of Spade champagne which cost $6K each bottle.

Fat Joe was also reportedly gifted a pair of "customized Big Punisher-themed sneakers” but apparently, he didn't get the chance to find out who sent the pair before he left the club.

In 2016, Jay-Z and Fat Joe publicly revealed that they squashed their 12-year feud after they posted up for a flick at Beyoncé's "Formation" tour. Prior to signing a management deal with Roc Nation, Fat Joe and Remy Ma enlisted Jay-Z for the "All The Way Up" remix.

Fat Joe recently detailed his relationship with Jay-Z in an interview he did with HNHH a few months a go.

"Man, I wish I was his friend 10 years a go," he said. "He's a great guy. You know, we text each other on Christmas [and] New Years. We tell each other how beautiful it is to have such a close relationship and a beautiful relationship and I wished we were friends sooner. It's been a beautiful experience."
