After calling out the black community for not supporting TIDAL, Jay Z's under fire for a picture that shows the website's all-white staff.
"Oh niggas is skeptical as their own shit
You bought 9 iPhones and Steve Jobs is rich
Phil Knight worth trillions you still bought those kicks
Spotify is 9 billion they ain't say shit
Lucy you got some 'splaining to do
The only one they hating on look the same as you"
After hearing this, people were rather shocked to a see a picture Beyoncé posted of her and Jay at the TIDAL headquarters, in which they appear to be the only people of color among the site's all-white staff. Of course, TIDAL's located in Norway where the black population is only around 2%, and Jay is the owner and face of the company after all, but even still, many have sounded off about the mogul's apparent hypocrisy. Check out a selection of those tweets below, and let us know your thoughts on this issue in the comments.
Jay-Z released a whole freestyle about how black people don't support each other but look at his Tidal staff pic.twitter.com/1yGrsdyexX— JayJChillin (@JayJazzi) May 27, 2015
