Jay-Z can add a new title to his long list of jobs, as he is now the Director of the Barclay Arena.
It's been revealed that Jay-Z has been named the Director for Brooklyn's Barclay Center.
NY Post reports he's listed under his real name, Shawn Carter, as the director for the Brooklyn Arena LLC, which runs Brooklyn's Barclay Center. Jay-Z is now among seven directors who will attend board meetings and help direct the arena staff on day-to-day operations.
Hov, who is a minority investor in the Brooklyn Nets, already had a hand in creating the new Brooklyn Nets logo, and their jerseys which have not been revealed yet. The rap mogul also helped design and furnish the 11 luxury suites in the arena, called "The Vaults."
Jay-Z's new title coincides with a bid to secure a liquor license for the Barclay Center.
