Jay Electronica has emerged from hiding to appear at AAHH!Fest in Chicago alongside some of hip-hop's finest. Prior to his set, Elec spoke briefly with Revolt TV about the festival and his upcoming work, specifically a remix he recorded alongside AAHH!Fest's co-sponsor Common. Claiming a remix to Com's "Kingdom" single has already been produced, Elec also commended the song's originator his efforts alongside Kanye West in creating the music festival.

AAHH!Fest attracted Chicago's superstars and was hosted by West's Donda's House and Common's Common Ground Foundation. “This festival is to remind people that we're here doing positive things in the city,” said Andrea Zopp, President of the Chicago Urban League.

“You're sending out a positive vibe and hopefully this healing will start,” said Stephanie Amerpohl.

Festival attendees were treated to a surprise performance from Kanye himself, who appeared despite not being in the official line-up. Check out a video of Kanye's performance here.
