Last summer, Georgia rapper Jarren Benton dropped Slow Motion Volume 2, which garnered a lot of praise from HNHH writers and commenters alike. Fast forward to 2017, Benton just released a video for "Dark Roads," a standout from that summer mixtape.
The low key visuals feature Benton isolated in a dark smokey space spitting while Sareena Dominguez sings "how am I supposed to know who's my friend and who's my foe." Benton raps that he's got "no tolerance for nonsense" and wants to cut the crap out of his life.
Last year, a few months before the release of Slow Motion 2, the emcee left the now defunct Funk Volume to join Master P's No Limits Records.
