The "Red Table Talk" crew are killing it.

Red Table Talk may have started off as a quick little Facebook series about honest conversations with three generations of women, but it quickly turned into an inspirational show that really dives deep on topics that are usually hard to have, pulling in a serious fan base. Jada Pinkett Smith, her mother Adrienne Banfield-Norris and Jada's daughter, Willow Smith, all host the show and welcome guests to join in on the conversations.

So far we've seen Adrienne detail her abuse with Jada's father, Gabrielle Union express her and Jada's 17-year beef, Will Smith's ex-wife explain co-parenting with Jada and August Alsina breaking down his addictive past. With such headlines and more, it's easy to see how the three women have made an impact with their show which has now led them to be Harper’s Bazaar's latest cover stars.

Their editorial spread has input for all women on what the show means to them, breakdowns, and hard times, with Willow explaining why she thinks many resonate with the series.

“Obviously we’re in a patriarchal society that looks down on vulnerability and looks down on emotion and looks down on femininity,” Willow explained. “The biggest rebellion is coming into your vulnerability and seeing that as a power. Once you get in touch with your emotions, you start to understand things in a whole other way. When you express what you feel needs to change, or what you feel is unfair or wrong, that’s so important, but the real agent of change is when you embody the truth.”
