Last week we kicked off a new freestyle series from Atlanta native Jace, with the Gucci-dedicated recorded "Be Like Gucci" (which happened to coincide with the release of Guwop). Today we're back with another premiere from Jace as you get ready to head into the weekend.
Whereas "Be Like Gucci" was filled with dark, trap vibes, "Watch Me" is on the other end of the spectrum-- light, airy, verging on 'feel-good.' Fluttering piano keys from Ducko McFli are sided by bursts of closed hi-hats, while Lil Yachty provides a soft-spoken melodic hook. The collaboration between the two ATLiens comes at the perfect time, as they have a show together in Minneapolis for Redbull Sound Select.
Check back with us every Friday for a new exclusive from Jace. Get familiar with the Two-9 representative here.
