J. Cole always makes an effort to give back to his supporters. Earlier this year, he made good on the promise of attending a fan's graduation, and this week he visited a young man who's been battling cancer.
Tae Stackhouse, who cites Cole as his favorite rapper, got a chance to meet the rapper at the North Carolina Cancer Hospital in his hometown of Fayetteville. the meeting was said to be organized by Tae's mother and aunt, who contacted Cole's people on his behalf.
Tae then shared a photo of himself and Cole on his Facebook, revealing that the rapper gave him some encouragement in his difficult battle.
