Five years removed from the release of The Warm Up, J. Cole debuts the video from the mixtape's stand-out single "Lights Please" for the very first time on MTV's Rap Fix. Before the video premiere, Cole takes a moment to talk to Sway about the song's impact on his career as well as the video's initial conception. "Lights Please" debuted on The Warm Up but later re-appeared on Cole's major label debut Cole World: The Sideline Story. Interestingly, Cole claims that the song was always planned for Cole World but had to be released on The Warm Up to build buzz.
