J. Cole appeared to have quite an eventful night. Last night, the North Carolina MC surprised fans at Kendrick Lamar's Detroit tour stop for DAMN. It appears as though after he crushed it at Place Of Auburn Hills, he headed to the studio to link with a Detroit OG, Royce Da 5'9", who shared a couple of studio snapshots on his Instagram.
These two were definitely cooking up ("magical moments," in fact), so let's just hope whatever work was recorded together, sees the light of day. Royce delivered a free mixtape, Bar Exam 4, in June, but he's also busy working on a solo album as well as a second instalment in PRhyme. Pretty sure J. Cole is working on something as well, because why wouldn't he be.
