H.E.R. has had people talking, having been nominated for "Best New Artist" and "Best Female RnB/Pop Artist." Although Beyonce and SZA won those statues respectively, H.E.R still glowed during her long-awaited performance during the award ceremony. "Focus" made for the first part, then came "Best Part", for which her collaborator, Canadian singer Daniel Caesar, hopped onstage. J. Cole also performed for the occasion, hitting the stage with "Friends," during which Caesar made another appearance. After the festivities, a photo of both H.E.R. and J. Cole appeared on H.E.R.'s Instagram account and her fans are digging it.

The enthusiasm was clear in the comments section. Some users seemed to have been formulating fan fiction in their minds, commenting on the way J. Cole had looked at H.E.R. after the singer's performance this past weekend. Others kept it closer to the music, asking for a collaboration between the too. Either way, they want more than a simple photo. Her fans might not be familiar with J.Cole's trepidation around collaborations. It's a rarity in comparison to his contemporaries. If it does go down, it would most likely be on one of H.E.R.'s projects.

Past H.E.R. collaborations include "This Way," a duet with Khalid, and "I Can Feel It" with Goldlink, which appears on the Uncle Drew soundtrack. You can also catch J. Cole vibing on Jay Rock's "OSOM," featured on Rock's last project Redemption.
