A mentally ill fan of Diddy decided to take up residence in the rap mogul's East Hampton home.
The 30 year old man, Quamine Taylor, of Jamaica, Queens, unlocked the basement door to Sean "Diddy" Combs' house and enjoyed the benefits of the mansion for 24 hours. Cops say that Taylor filled himself with Combs' fancy food and liquor, all the while wearing Combs' clothing as he paraded throughout the property.
Taylor is such a huge fan of the rapper that this isn't even the first time he's pulled this stunt-- he admitted to the New York Post, "I’ve actually been going to the house from time to time since 2001,” continuing, "I stay there a lot, but Sean gets funny sometimes about me staying there."
During his first escapade in Combs' mansion he passed himself off as a cousin to Diddy, but was apprehended after drunkenly taking a swim in Diddy's pool. This time however, he told the lie that he and the rapper were close friends, and even managed to hoodwink a security detail when he accidentally tripped the mansion's alarm.
Taylor said he didn't even go to Diddy's house this time because he was fan, he only went to get some rest; "I really didn’t go to Diddy’s house because I’m a big fan of his. I just wanted to get out of the city for a while. I was actually hoping to stay like 15 to 17 days."
His brief vacation ended on April 1st when a caretaker found him at around 4 pm and called the police. Taylor, who is unemployed, was arraigned on trespassing and petit-larceny raps, his bail was set at $2,000.
