Still Feelin' It (Remix)
Mistah F.A.B. Feat. Snoop Dogg, G-Eazy, Iamsu!, Nef The Pharaoh, Keak Da Sneak & Ezale
Mistah FAB's Son of a Pimp 2 standout "Still Feelin' It," a souped up rework of Mac Dre's "Feelin Myself," is one of the finest blappers of 2016. But FAB wasn't done there -- this morning, he released a bonkers "Still Feelin It" remix featuring a California murderer's row of Snoop Dogg, G-Eazy, Iamsu, Keak da Sneak, Nef The Pharaoh and Ezale. In addition to "Feelin Myself," the song interpolates the beats from Mac Dre's "Get S.T.U.P.I.D.", Keak da Sneak's "Hyphy," and T-Pain's "Up Down." There's so much going on, it's a bit of a mess -- a glorious mess. Can I get a YEEEEE?
Ain't A Thang
Kool John Feat. Iamsu!, Skipper & Dave Steezy
HBK is a talented crew of artists who all have their own solo ventures, but there's definitely something special about when they get together. 2013 crew tape Gang Forever is as strong as it ever was, and Kool John's new single, "Ain't A Thang," finds a few of the core members back in a familiar formation. San Fransisco's Lil Rece, whose "Lil Rece Produced It" tag will be familiar to any Lil Yase fan, provides the decidedly West Coast production.
They Want Su!
Iamsu! is an artist who's consistency may have relegated him to underrated status. Unlike someone like Frank Ocean, who generates hype through his long absences, Iamsu! has kept his pop-inclined Bay Area jams coming at a steady clip, which means he's creating less of a spectacle with each of his releases.
Where You At
Mally Mall Feat. French Montana, 2 Chainz & Iamsu!
Las Vegas rapper and producer Mally Mal is noted for being able to put together unexpected collaborations from big-time emcees from all around the country. After dropping a new joint from up-and-comer Jazz Lazer and Post Malone, Mally's latest drop, "Where You At," brings together French Montana, 2 Chainz, and Iamsu! Those three trade high-energy party raps over the synth-heavy club production, while Mally is responsible for the clean and concise hook.
Back In The Pot
Iamsu! Feat. Kool John
Here's some highly exclusive sauce for your Friday evening. Two of the freshest voices in The Bay, Iamsu! and Kool John, have teamed up on a trap anthem produced by Ricky Racks, the guy behind Young Thug's "Best Friend" and Migos' "Can't Go Out Sad," to name just a couple. Today's song, "Back in the Pot," is actually Su and Ricky's second collab, following April's "Compound," also a HNHH exclusive.
Round And Round
Mozzy Feat. Rich Homie Quan & Iamsu!
We've been documenting Mozzy's recent come-up through his music releases as well as mini-feature on him here, as the rapper positions himself as the next name to break out of Sacramento. Mozzy will be dropping his new project, Mandatory Check, tomorrow June 10, and ahead of the album he's decided to leak one last record this afternoon. The song finds him connecting with Atlanta's Rich Homie Quan, fellow Left Coaster Iamsu!
Faithful (Bay Remix)
Bobby Brackins Feat. Iamsu! & Ty Dolla $ign
Bobby Brackins has been quietly pumping out hits for the last few years, co-writing songs like Chris Brown's "Loyal," Tinashe's "2 On," as well as putting out his own records with features from the likes of Jeremih, Zendaya, and Mila J. One of his longest running collaborators is Ty Dolla $ign, who showed up on his new record, "Faithful," earlier this year, and today, Bobby has shared a new version of the track, deemed the "Bay Remix," and calling upon Iamsu! for the assist. Of course, Bobby originally hails from Oakland, so it's no mystery why he decided to put on for the region, and Su!
Iamsu! was in New York recently, promoting his new album, KILT 3, which dropped as a surprise in mid-March after months of teasing on 'Su's part. Suzy Sixspeed brought some of his HeartBreak Gang compadres along for the ride, and fans weren't disappointed.
Pull Up To My Hotel / Big Money
Problem Feat. Iamsu! & StoneyThaDealer
Problem is getting ready to drop his new project, Hotels 2: The Master Suite on April 1st, and it's already shaping up to be an ambitious offering. The West Coast rapper dropped three new tracks as a prequel to the project today, and "Pull Up To My Hotel/Big Money" has a couple of movements of its own. Things start off with a familiar minimal piano line that's driven by some skipping sub pounds, while Chachi shares some deceptively technical flows.
Prince Sole Feat. Iamsu! & The Kid Ryan
Following in the steps of Big Sean, Prince Sole decided to celebrate his birthday yesterday by releasing a new track for the fans called “No More” featuring Iamsu! & The Kid Ryan. Over the Cisco-produced beat, Prince isn’t playing with the competition on this one and raps about the bitches, whips, and money he gets, while Iamsu! lays down a respective verse of his own. It serves as the first single off his upcoming album, Hope All Well, which is coming soon. Take a listen and let us know what you think.
Ahh Shit Gah Damn!
Kool John Feat. Snoop Dogg & Iamsu!
"Ahh Shit Gah Damn!" That's really all there is to say upon hearing the cross-regional flavor on this one, the latest single from Bay Area elite Kool John. On the new record, he's joined by his fellow HBK Gang-member Iamsu! as well as another legend hailing from several hours to the south, LBC's Snoop Dogg, who's always showed Bay love throughout his storied career.
Up All Night
Iamsu! Feat. HBK CJ
Iamsu! has been keeping a low profile while consistently dropping nothing but bangers over the last little while. He's currently preparing his new project, KILT 3, which will hopefully assemble much of his recent output plus some more new material in one place and give it the attention it deserves.
California (League Of Starz Remix)
Colonel Loud Feat. Iamsu! & AD
Colonel Loud's original "California" ironically featured a squad of Southern rappers. Last week's remix brought in Too Short and Snoop Dogg to give the track some legitimacy.
Fresco Feat. Iamsu!
Looking to build off the success generated by his DJ Mustard-produced single, “Popular,” with RJ, Fresco decides to come through tonight and share his latest offering “Alright” featuring Iamsu!
AD & Sorry Jaynari Feat. Iamsu!
Looking to build off the momentum made from his boisterous “Juice” banger, L.A. rapper, AD, decides to come through today and share his follow up single called “Way Up” featuring Iamsu, who ironically just dropped two new songs of his own today called “Game Time” & “Dogs.”
After supplying the new single from his upcoming KILT 3 mixtape, "Game Time," Iamsu! has shared a standalone cut to keep the hype train moving. "Dogs" is a more aggressive record, indebted more to Atlanta trap than his usual Nay Area sound. The record isn't too far from something off of Future's menacing 56 Nights project, but Su is always going to keep things a little more optimistic.
The KILT series contains some of Bay Area favorite Iamsu!'s most beloved work, so news that the third instalment is on the way is especially great news for fans. "Game Time" is the new single from the upcoming effort, and finds Su in the same lane he's excelled in for years, making catchy, accessible, and extremely likable west coast jams. This one finds the rapper back self-producing, putting a together a beat that compliments his effortless Cali flow perfectly.
Iamsu! Feat. Show Banga
Iamsu dropped off two loose tracks last night, clearing the decks before the release of his highly anticipated project KILT 3. "Something for the fans," he wrote.
Iamsu! Feat. Show Banga
Iamsu!'s forthcoming project KILT 3 appears to be completed or nearing completion, based on the cover art and tracklist Suzy 6 Speed shared over a month ago. Before he unleashes KILT 3 upon the masses, Iamsu! shares a freebie with the masses, a vintage Bay Area blapper called "Wobble." You're never gonna guess what it's about. "ust having fun, enjoy," he writes in the Soundcloud caption.
Iamsu! Feat. Azure & Dumbfoundead
After hitting us with “Tell Me What You Want” a couple weeks back, Iamsu! decides to keep the new music coming by returning with another one for us today called “I’m Gone” featuring Azure & Dumbfoundead.
