Hudson Mohawke Says He Has 6 Alternative Versions Of Kanye West's "Father Stretch My Hands"
Hudson Mohawke has been a part of the Kanye West producer stable since Cruel Summer, and naturally his name was all over The Life Of Pablo, yet we're still learning about the album process beyond the credits. While he's not cited as a writer or producer on "Father Stretch My Hands Pt. 1," the Scottish beatmaker revealed that he has 6 different versions of the song, though he doesn't plan on releasing them anytime soon.

Stream Hudson Mohawke's New Album "Lantern"
Between producing for Kanye West, (arguably) founding the trap-rave genre with Lunice in TNGHT, and being signed to cutting-edge electronic label Warp, Scotland native Hudson Mohawke is a busy man. That's probably why it's taken him close to six years to release a follow-up to 2009's Butter. Next week, he'll drop his new album Lantern, and one week in advance, we get the opportunity to stream it, courtesy of iTunes Radio.
140 Bars Or Less: Tweets Of The Week (April 25 - May 1)
We seem to be hitting somewhat of a lull in the album release cycle, with some big drops coming in June and July (Lil Durk, Migos, Frank Ocean), but no huge ones coming in this week or the next (unless we actually do get Chance The Rapper's Donnie Trumpet & The Social Experiment's SURF). Many of this week's happenings centered on the events surrounding Freddie Gray's funeral and the ensuing protests in Baltimore and NYC, and elsewhere we had basketball playoffs, relationship drama and more.
