Give Responsible a spin - it's the latest release from Hitchins TSAR, having dropped on Thursday, May 1st, 2014.

Hitchins Tsar, a young, inspiring, multi-faceted artist out of Kentucky, who is proficient in music and video production. In his song "Responsible," Hitchins gives us the bass pounding production but also features in the song with an up in coming hip-hop artist here in Kentucky by the name of Nin10d0.

Hitchins TSAR's chances in this game are improving with each new release, and Responsible is no exception - quite the opposite, in fact. It's a nice addition to the impressive catalogue Hitchins TSAR has been building over the years. We're definitely anticipating the next move.
