For our first Heatseeker of the week, we've selected "Home Coming" by Jonny Unconscious. Sampling Harold Melvin & The Blues Notes' "I Miss You," which may sound familiar from Big Boi and Gucci Mane's "Shine Blockas," the track is a great look for Unconscious, who describes himself as follows:

"Jonathan 'Jonny Unconscious' Rios was born on October 21, 1994 in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Raised in Central Texas (Killeen) Jonny Unconscious has never followed suit to traditional Southern hip-hop. Instead, he trends in the old school hip-hop category, spitting over beats most of the newer generation wouldn't even consider rapping over, his down to earth lyrics and 'heart hitting' metaphors make people think twice and double back. He is definitely an interesting character in the music industry."

If you'd like to have your music featured on the HNHH homepage, you can submit a song or video to Heatseekers here.

Quotable Lyrics:

A man's gotta do what a man's gotta plan for
'Cause babies is contagious, and that's not what I stand for
If I had one, I'd be runnin' but it wouldn't be the reason why I ran for
It would be the reason why I needed all these fans more
