Why we like Nkenge

Nkenge blurs the lines between emcee and singer, bringing a distinctive vocal approach to his self-produced--and very well performed--piano based beats. The DMV musician also tends to craft songs with multiple movements, which makes his music all the more exciting.

Artist Bio: ---Biography-- Born and raised in the DMV, Nkenge is taking hip hop to a new level of innovation with his skill as a lyricist, producer, pianist, and percussionist. Currently a computer engineering major at FAMU, he is pushing his brand of "Superior Minds" to accompany his art.
