As electronic music becomes more and more mainstream, Calvin Harris, who is the man behind several huge electronic hits, will be venturing into television with a new comedy set to star himself.
It's being reported that Calvin Harris will have a role in an HBO-developed comedy called "Higher" which takes place within the electronic realm of music. Irvine Welsh, who wrote the script for the acclaimed movie "Trainspotting" will be the writer for this new 30-minute show, "Higher." Hov come into play as an executive producer, alongside a bunch of star-studded names, including Will Smith and Jada Pinkett-Smith.
The exact plot of the show has not been revealed, and neither has a time-frame for when it'll hit the small screen.
