Gucci Mane & Future

About Gucci Mane & Future

For those unaware, Gucci Mane and Future joined forces in June 2011 for the collaborative 13-track mixtape Free Bricks, which was hosted by DJ Scream and featured production and guest appearances from Mike Will Made It, Zaytoven, Rocko, Drumma Boy, Young Scooter, Will A Fool, 2 Chainz, Blac Elvis and Shawty Red. Unfortunately, recent developments in Gucci's life and career have not been positive. After a scandalous Twitter rant that led to the deterioration of his 107 Brick Squad Records label, he was arrested for illegal firearm and drug possession as well as threatening police officers, and has been in and out of jail and rehab - he’s currently incarcerated with a potential sentence of 10-20 years in prison for federal weapons charges. Unfortunately, it's unlikely we'll hear new collaborative material from Gucci and Future any time soon.
