Gucci Mane Catches Huge Brrreak, Ices Nearly 2 Years In Jail

Southern rapper Gucci Mane, who is currently behind bars on for probation violation, is reportedly set to hit the streets once again as early as next month.

According to reports, Gucci will avoid a recommended 17-month stay in an Atlanta jail.

RumorFix has learned exclusively that rapper Gucci Mane will be out of jail by the end of June -- that 15 months earlier than anyone expected. Gucci, who's real name is Radric Davis, appeared in a Fulton County jail Monday afternoon and in less than an hour, he got the best news of his life. The Atlanta-based star, who has been on probation since October 2005, will end his probation by the end of June and he'll be out of jail, Gucci's attorney Mark Issa tells RumorFix. It had been recommended that the "Lemonade" lyricist be sentenced to 17 months in prison for the probation violation, but his attorneys were able to convince the judge to set him free after just 45 days.
