Gorillaz just dropped another track off the deluxe edition of their upcoming Humanz album, "The Apprentice." With talks of their latest project being inspired by "the end of the world," one has to wonder if the connection between the song title and a former reality-show-host-turned-POTUS is anything but deliberate. While this track is not as heavy on the hip-hop vibes as previous drops, the beat is on that eighties- futuristic tip and both Rag N Bone Man and RAY BLK lay down some soulful vocals. Zebra Katz comes through with a closing verse, crawling over the track with his low, gravelly voice.

Quotable Lyrics

Yo, new black king, New York dream
Tell these motherfuckas everything I'm seein'
My world's darker than the young black dream
Of the first black prince of a new white king
I just want to play, have it my way
Make a bunch of fuckin' rules, tell em' obey.
