A few months ago a sneaker customizer debuted a completely glow in the dark Adidas UltraBoost that had us wondering if this was something the Three Stripes might explore.
Today, we have our answer as Adidas has officially unveiled their own "Glow In The Dark" ATR [All terrain] UltraBoost, which will be hitting select Adidas retailers tomorrow, September 28th.
Adidas' rendition of the Glow UltraBoost features a blend of grey and solar yellow throughout the lightweight primeknit upper, with portions of the upper, toe box and heel cap highlighting the sneaker's glowing capabilities. Naturally, a crisp white midsole sits beneath it all.
In addition to the UltraBoost ATR “Glow In The Dark,” Adidas will also be dropping a similarly styled adiZero Prime Boost “Glow In The Dark.” A wider release for both is reportedly on tap for later this year but the initial drop will take place in-store on Wednesday.
