When we had producer/multi-instrument wiz Adrian Younge up here for an interview with his PRhyme companions Royce Da 5'9" and DJ Premier back in November, he told us off-record that a second installment of Twelve Reasons To Die, his 2013 record with Ghostface Killah, was on the way. Now we've got concrete proof in the form of a new track. This is "Return Of The Savage," and it features Raekwon and RZA.
Led by Younge's impeccable brand of retro-soul, the track is lush as ever, and led by a storyline to boot. With Rae name-checking the DeLuca family, the main focus of Ghostface's ire on the first 12 Reasons..., it looks like his revenge-driven tale will pick up where it left off on the new project.
