When streetwear brand BAPE unveiled its collaborative collection with NEIGHBORHOOD earlier this year, the most surprising part of the collection was the addition of Rolex watches to the collection. While Rolex would never directly involve their brand with a streetwear company, watch customization company Bamford Watch Department was happy to oblige.
We get a closer look at both the Daytona and Submariner models today. The Daytona’s iconic chronograph is set on top of a subtle camo pattern, with the logos of NEIGHBORHOOD and BAPE appearing just below the Rolex logo. The Submariner has a simpler face, letting the camo pattern become more apparent. The two logo appear on the face as well, slightly farther away from the Rolex logo.
Both timepieces will go on sale this Saturday, February 4 at BAPE locations via a lottery. The Daytona sells for $31,936 USD, and the Submariner sells for $21,290 USD. Find out more at BAPE’s website.
