The latest release from Gangrene, a duo consiting of Alchemist and Oh No, bore an interesting title that demanded some explanation. Today, we get the reasoning behind You Disgust Me in the form of a video for its cut "The Last Great Disgrace."

Apparently, they both paid a visit to the now-abandoned Willowbrook State School in Staten Island, an institution for handicapped children that became notorious for its filth and mistreatment of its residents. This run-down facility, exposed by shock reporter Geraldo Rivera, provided inspiration for the album's title, and a title and location for the "Last Great Disgrace" video.
