GAMBLE ROYALE

.GAMBLE Gamble born in Jamaica Queens in the early 80’s during a time when drugs and murder were occurring all over Jamaica Queens. Jamaica Queens, an inner city where a walk to the corner could turn into an adventure, Gamble would see the hood stars and neighborhood hustlers with their flashy cars & clothes but also noticed their pitfalls. But another hustle would also capture his eye. “ One day I saw LL Cool J drive thru my block on Springfield and 192nd in a white Audi and seeing the attention that he got I wanted that.” Growing up, Gamble would listen to artist such as EPMD, Kool G Rap, Rakim, Naz and other MC’S. Gamble would recite their raps on a regular basis. He would craft his flow around New York’s street battles and ciphers where he would become not only a crowd favorite but also rappers’ favorite. This would give gamble the fuel to pursue a dream that would become his gate way to a better life. But on the pursuit to happiness the journey wouldn’t be easy the same streets that would develop his flow would also develop some other interesting skills for another trade, which ultimately lead him behind bars. In 2000 Gamble signed to indie-label Loose Canonz Entertainment. After Loose Canonz Entertainment was dissolved, Gambled joined the newly formed Canonz Money Gang Enterprise founded by Darnell “Jaxz” Smith. Soon after, Gamble would be featured on countless mixtapes, which lead up to his debut mixtape Before I Blow released in 2008, hosted by D.J. Chaplin. The street single Fuc Boys produced by DAHeatHoldaz, which touched on a controversial subject about police brutality, would become a street favorite. His mixtape would then be featured on countless blogs and websites throughout the Internet. With the success from his last mixtape Gamble is currently in the studio working on Welcome 2 New York hosted by D.J. S. Gutta and his street album titled the Propaganda. Gamble is that next big thing. With the versatility in his lyrically compact punch lines, his subdued voice hypnotizes you. He is definitely the one to be on the look out for. Mike Johns CEO and founder of Urban World Wireless says that “Gamble is a hard working Emcee, you need to watch and see, cause he got next.”
