It’s safe to say Andy King is blown away by his newfound fame. The star of the Netflix hit documentary FYRE sat down with TMZ on Tuesday and talked about his famous oral sex story in the doc and how his life has changed ever since.

Andy said he wanted to be part of the editing process for his interview, nervous about how they were going to use his words against him. In fact Andy said he begged producers to take that story out of the doc altogether, but he’s lucky they didn't listen.

“I went to them and said listen ‘ I just talked with my lawyers and some of my creative team and they said Andy you got to pull that thing. That can not go in that documentary. And when I sat with the director, he said ‘no Andy, you don't understand. Without that scene there isn't a documentary,” Andy explained before later mentioning the TV & movie offers he's been receiving lately.

“I probably wouldn't be where I am today if that was taken out. I mean how I've become this social media hero over a situation like that. I’m in total shock. But Im riding with it. Its a lot of dun. TV offers, movie. Im doing a cameo tomorrow night for the Spirit awards. Im shooting a movie in March and working on a few different TV show concepts right now. I have 3 offers for those, its incredible.”
