Last Summer, Mike Will Made It released a Rihanna-featured single called “Nothing Is Promised,” which would go onto live on his sequel to his Ransom tape that dropped back in March. While the writing credits for the song include Future, it appears the Freebandz Gang rapper did more than just some beginning ad-libs, but rather he recorded the entire reference track as well.

On Wednesday, Future’s reference track for “Nothing Is Promised” surfaced online via HHNM, and it’s pretty much identical to the final Ri-Ri version, including the same exact lyrics & delivery.

Check out Future’s first take of “Nothing Is Promised” (below) and let us know what you think. Would you’ve preferred to hear Future on the record instead?
