After rumors swirled that Drake had made a trip to Wyoming to work on Kanye West's upcoming album Friday, a new report seems to confirm that the two are getting ready to make some music together. According to TMZ, both Drake and Kanye are staying at the Amangani luxury hotel and resort using aliases. Drake has reportedly brought along with him an "engineer, songwriter," and photographer. The story states that "a ton of audio and recording equipment" was brought along for the ride, perhaps to be set up at Ye's house on the resort, which is separate from the main hotel.

Lil Uzi Vert is also reported to be in Wyoming for the occasion, which is the first we've heard of his involvement in this particular session. Back in December, he revealed that he and Kanye have "hella shit" in the vault. TMZ also says "a slew of major producers who work with Kanye and Drake" are present. Prior to this, it was rumored that Nas, Mike Dean, Travis ScottKid CudiThe-Dream, Pi’erre Bourne, King Louie, Jeff Bhasker and Wheezy were present at the sessions.

Oprah's former chef Pau Zlatos is also said be in Wyoming to serve the many artists on site. The report speculates that Drake is there for "much more than just an appearance on his new album," judging by the hotel details, but the fact of the matter is we simply have no idea what his role in the sessions will add up to. Kanye's albums tend to be pulled in many different directions before they reach completion, but this collaborative atmosphere he's creating in Wyoming is a good sign that he's on to something.
