French Montana recently made a large donation to the Mama Hope organization to help impoverished women and children in Uganda. Today, according to a new video, the physical manifestations of that gesture are starting to come together.
The money he gave to that community will not only help a local hospital's staff have proper quarters, but also fund an addition to the medical center that, when completed, will be able to serve nearly 300,000 additional people. "I love hip hop and the platform it gave me," said French in the caption to the video. "Things like this make all the blood sweat and tears worth it. I really had to stop talking and take action. Still amazed at the process!"
The Weeknd, as we previously reported, has also donated money to help the Ugandan community at large.
