French Montana was supposed to drop his debut album, Excuse My French, in July. July came and went without a release from French, and the new date was some time in June, which has also come and gone. Now, in an interview with Vibe, the Coke Boys' leader says the album is "definitely coming out this year." He's aiming for a December release, he says.

On why the album has been delayed for so long, he says being on Drake's Club Paradise Tour hindered the process, but he gives thanks to Drizzy nonetheless. "Shout out to Drake for taking me off my zone, off my album," he joked. "I think my album gon' be a classic," he continued. "[It's] coming out in December," French added.
