Nipsey Hussle Feat. Freeway & Cuzzy Capone
VERY HOTTTTT
Something had felt different about this particular Monday, as the workday was nearing its end, and there was no new Nipsey Hussle track to show for it. Alas, the Slauson Boy is here now, coming through with his weekly Marathon Monday drop a little later than usual. This one's worth the wait. "FUCC EM" features Philly veteran Freeway and Nip's fellow Crenshaw collaborator Cuzzy Capone, who's guested on two Marathon Monday tracks this year.

Freeway aka the Philly freezer has embarked on an exciting partnership with Amsterdam-based producer Big Ape. The pair released "Bombdroppaz" at the end of last month, and they're now back with "Primates." The title is a tribute to Big Ape as well as to the ape shit rhymes that Freeway kicks over the cinematic, horn-driven production.

Oakland rapper Philthy Rich immortalized The Jacka by getting "King Jack" inked on his back; now, he invites Paul Wall and Freeway to help him commemorate The Jacka's passing with his new single, "King Jack." Produced by AK47, "King Jack" will appear on Rich's fifth studio album Real N*ggas Back In $tyle, due out February 26th.

Dame Grease & DJ King Assassin Feat. Sheek Louch, Pusha T & Freeway
HOTTTTT
Famed Harlem producer Dame Grease has joined with L.A.'s DJ King Assassin for a big-time collab featuring Sheek Louch, Freeway, and Pusha T. Since the late '90s, Grease has worked with many of the East Coast's best, so he knows just what to do with the lineup at hand. It's a grimy, early '00s-sounding street record with heavy lyrical artillery from the three veteran spitters.

Freeway, Peedi Crakk and Beanie Sigel have come together as State Property to release the first record we've heard from them in quite some time-- and it goes hard. Despite Beanie being locked up, producer Mike Jerz was able to put him in the hook thanks to a sample from a studio session.  The track was first premiered by Sway In The Morning last week, but Pigeons & Planes have unearthed the CDQ for the internets to enjoy.
