It’s been a rough couple years for Freeway. The Philly veteran has had to monitor serious health scares and receive periodic treatments following kidney failure two years ago, but thankfully things are on the up and up now. Calling himself the “"the flyest nigga on dialysis,” Freeway is finally ready to get back to the music. Back in April, Freeway officially kicked off the campaign to his forthcoming Think Free album by dropping off the single “All The Way Live,” and now today he’s back with its follow up called “All Falls Down.”

Over some piano keys & drums, Freeway delivers an inspiring new record that finds him rapping about overcoming adversity and keeping your head up when everything around seems to have “all fall down.” He also calls out his fake friends and peers for not being there for him when he was going though his kidney failure & health scares, but now that he’s back on TV they want to be cool again. “Yall say you love me, but don't believe you/ Cause when my kidneys failed I didn't see you,” Freeway spits.

Take a listen to the new release and let us know what you think. Record available on iTunes. Think Free drops June 22.

Quotable Lyrics:

What you gon' do? What you gon' do?
When it all falls down
Aint nobody there to pick you up
Aint nobody there to comfort you
What you gon' do?
I know what you going through
I was there when it all fell down
There was nobody there to pick me up
There was nobody there to comfort me
