Foxy Brown might want to consider moving. The legally embattled rapper has been indicted on charges of violating an order of protection stemming from a 2007 confrontation with her neighbor outside her Brooklyn brownstone. An order of protection was later issued when Brown pleaded guilty to a menacing charge in 2008.

According to prosecutors, Brown violated the order on July 21 when she and neighbor Arlene Raymond engaged in a staring match that reportedly ended with the rapper bending over and baring her buttocks after shouting a few expletives.

The femcee -- real name Inga Marchand -- was charged with criminal contempt in the second degree on Friday. If found guilty, Brown could end up back in jail.
