Flying Lotus releases verbal track "Fire Is Coming" featuring filmmaker David Lynch to tease his highly anticipated album Flamagra. The LA producer remains a respected name within the music industry from having production credits on notable works such as Kendrick Lamar's To Pimp A Butterfly. The artist's distinction stems mostly from flawlessly wearing many hats. Aside from being the owner of the record label Brainfeeder, FlyLo also acts as a DJ, filmmaker and rap artist.
Since commencing his musical journey with the mixtape Duality under the alias Captain Murphy, Flying Lotus went onto releasing several projects including studio albums Until the Quiet Comes and the most recent body of work You're Dead! from 2014. He then followed with a five-year hiatus which allowed him to garner more production credits on music, original movie scores (Blade Runner Black Out 2022) and expand Brainfeeder with a film division. With the release of this new track and video, we can excitedly keep our expectations high for the virtuoso's upcoming album and can only look forward to hearing more from the experimental Hip Hop genius.
