Here are some things that are popular in 2014: pop songs with big, clunky horn riffs (think Iggy Azalea and Ariana Grande's "Problem" and Jessie J, Grande and Nicki Minaj's "Bang Bang"), Sage The Gemini (of "Gas Pedal" fame) and lyric videos. Flo Rida's new lyric video for his comeback single, "G.D.F.R." (Going Down For Real) has all of those things.
Released a few weeks ago, the club-ready track is clearly Flo Rida's attempt at staying afloat in the industry a few years after his last big single settled down. As this track sounds similar to many things currently on the radio, we think he might succeed. Only time will tell though.
