Before FKA Twigs found her path as an alt-r'n'b singer, the trained dancer would often appear in music videos and act as a back-up dancer. On her new album, LP1, FKA Twigs addresses her "Video Girl" past on the song of the same name. "Is she the girl from the video?" Twigs sings on the track.
Today she lets go the official visual for "Video Girl," directed by Kahlil Joseph. The black and white visual is creepy and haunting, appropriately enough as we approach Halloween. FKA Twigs dances and sings while a man is given a lethal injection.
