Figurz was born in Rovno, Ukraine former U.S.S.R. moved to Minnsota when he was little and currently resides there. He began writing rhymes and making beats since 8th grade. His brothers were fans of rap and as he grew up he loved nothing more than listening to his brothers cd's. Fig's interest in rap and hip hop always stayed with him and as he spent time with his friends, the desire grew. Before Figurz knew how to produce his own music and rap he was mentored by Avus, his older brother at first but then by Crome Rome, his childhood freind. Later on by High School, he met Kola from Moldova & Tyreezy from Chicago and they teamed up and started the rap group, United Mob. Within a short while, started from practicing on the karaoke machine at a freind's apartment to recording in his mom's basement. Fig continues to write and record songs whenever he can and has finished a few mixtapes. After a near-death experience in 08', Fig became ill with a enlarged heart and Graves disease and took some time to regroup his thoughts and focus. But came back and used it for his motivation to show people how far he has came and found out that his song-writing abilities had improved dramatically from his struggles. Slowly but surely, people are starting to notice him for his lyrics and catchy hooks. Only time will tell....
