If you’ve been living under a rock the past few days, then you might not have heard all the drama surrounding Bay Area singer Kehlani and her former ex-boyfriends PartyNextDoor & Kyrie Irving. To catch you up to speed, it all started when PND shared a photo of Kehlani in his bed holding hands Monday morning, striking rumors she was cheating on what people thought at the time was her current b/f Kyrie Irving. Well unfortunately, all the rumors & drama got the best of Kehlani Tuesday evening, who decided to try and take her life in an apparent suicide.
While Kehlani’s issues are no laughing matter, and thankfully she’s doing much better, you know it was only a matter of time before a rapper referenced the incident in his raps, and with no surprise it looks like Fabolous will be the first to do. Last night, the Brooklyn rapper took to social media to share a snippet of a Metro Boomin-produced song from his upcoming Freddy vs. Jason collaboration mixtape with Jadakiss. In the clip, Fabo can be heard referencing PND about the recent Kehlani situation, rapping “Camera man tryna TMZ me/ side piece tryna PND me.”
